I wanted to make something using the Sci-Fi molds.  I thought a Space Hulk set would be just the ticket.  All pieces are based on a 1/2" foam.

The following molds were used:
Pipeline Floor Mold #273
Starship Wall Mold #301
Cargo Bay Accessory Mold #302

Overall shot of some of the pieces.

Some shots of the rooms

A room with 2 entrances.
A shot of a room next to a hallway piece.  Notice how the pipes in the hall floor end inside the room.  I really like how this turned out.

Some shots of the other pieces.

a short section of hallway with a test paint job.
Needless to say the test failed terribly.
The doors are made of resin for durability and separate into two pieces.
The door open.  The bottom corners kept breaking when handled when they were made of plaster.  Resin has yet to break.
A shot of the custom molds I made for this project to speed up things.  I can make one of any of the pieces shown in one casting with these.
Some genestealers wait behind a closed door
